Dr. Vangie has established herself in the field of psychology and education by practicing school psychology in CA brick and mortar and charter schools as both a school psychologist and as a K-12 administrator for the past 22 years.

MEC is a female owned agency that provides culturally compassionate independent educational evaluations (IEE) that identify both learning disabilities and academic potential. We are a sought after second opinion when families and the schools that their children attend are in need of a third-party expert. Additionally we provide consultation, training and counseling direct services. MEC specializes in culturally compassionate services and is a strong advocate for community collaboration.
